Usage instructions:

Massage until absorbed into the skin, apply 3-4 times a day. Use before and after physical exercises to prevent and/or alleviate stiffness and muscle pain.

The product is intended for external use only. Massage into the designated area, wash hands thoroughly after use, avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds, do not cover after application.
